Privacy Policy

1. Information you provide
When you submit a service request, we collect your name, email, phone number, service address, county, requested service, preferred date and arrival window, and any details or access instructions you choose to provide. We also record the request identifier, submission time, the terms and privacy-policy versions acknowledged, and your acknowledgment time. Staff can add appointment details, request status, and internal service notes. When staff prepare an estimate or invoice, the system also stores the customer details entered for that document, its line items, prices, discounts, tax, totals, dates, notes, job terms, and status. Document history records the authorized staff email, action, time, and any acceptance or change note.
Do not include card numbers, bank account details, Social Security numbers, passwords, health information, or other sensitive information in the request form.
2. How information is used
We use request information to review your needs, contact you, arrange and manage service, maintain customer and appointment records, resolve questions, and protect the website from misuse. Providing your contact details allows Joe’s to respond about the requested service; it is not an enrollment in marketing messages.
The form currently saves requests for staff review. It does not automatically send appointment confirmation emails or texts. An appointment remains unconfirmed until Joe’s contacts you directly.
3. Hosting, technical data, and cookies
This website is hosted through OpenAI’s Sites service, with Cloudflare infrastructure for application hosting and database storage. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request activity, and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Authentication services may use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in and security.
The website’s current application does not include advertising pixels or a marketing-analytics integration. Staff sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication; authorized staff identity is checked before access to customer records. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking required cookies may affect sign-in.
4. Access and sharing
Customer request records are accessible through a restricted staff dashboard. Providers supporting website hosting, database storage, security, and authentication process information as needed to operate the site. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to investigate misuse and protect customers or the service.
This website has no feature that sells customer information or shares it for targeted advertising. If information must be handled through another business service for a job, its applicable privacy terms should be provided with that service.
5. Payments and outside websites
The request form does not collect, process, or store payment-card or bank details. If you later receive an invoice or payment link through a separate provider, that provider handles information under its own policy. Verify payment instructions with Joe’s if you are unsure.
Following a Facebook, Instagram, or other external link takes you to a site with its own information practices. Those sites are not covered by this policy.
6. Retention and security
Requests and service notes are stored in the website database. Records are kept for service follow-up, operational needs, dispute resolution, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. This version does not automatically delete records on a fixed schedule. Contact Joe’s if you would like your information reviewed, corrected, or removed.
The site uses HTTPS and server-side staff access checks. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid submitting information unrelated to the service you need.
7. Your requests and choices
Call (305) 542-7228 to ask about your information, correct contact or property details, request a copy, or request deletion. Joe’s may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records. Requests will be reviewed in light of the information held and any applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements.
You can choose not to submit the form and arrange service by telephone. The website is intended for adults arranging property services and does not knowingly seek information from children under 13.
8. Changes and contact
Changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated effective date. The website now supports staff-created estimates and invoices. Payment processing and automated document delivery are not active. New functions may require updated disclosures before they are introduced.
